Grown in southern Minas Gerais, this season's Brazil Yellow Bourbon has a rich history dating back to the 1930s. Famous for its striking yellow cherries and smooth, refined taste, it has long been celebrated as one of Brazil's standout coffees - and it remains a beautifully rare find in today's market.

This coffee is beautifully balanced, pairing a soft floral sweetness with juicy black grape and rounding out with a smooth roasted hazelnut finish. It is a refined, clean cup with an incredibly elegant character.
