Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Our Next Working Day service is not guaranteed. Delivery relies on the carrier's reliability, and unexpected delays are occasionally beyond our control.
If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your Next Working Day delivery order placed before the 11 am cut-off time, we will refund the delivery charge.

Returns
At Re-Caffeinated, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your unused goods to us within 30 days of receipt.
How to initiate a return
- Please Contact Us to receive a return authorization, or log into your Customer Account on our website, navigate to your order history, and request a return directly.
- Once you have notified us, goods must be returned to our facility within a further 7 days.
Returning Damaged Items
If your goods arrive damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a courier collection.
We may kindly ask you to provide photographic or video evidence of the damage so we can pursue a carriage claim with our courier.
Once received and inspected, items verified as damaged or not of satisfactory quality will be refunded in full, including any original delivery charges.
Please note: If an item is reported faulty on arrival but is found to have no defects upon technical inspection, the cost of the return carriage will be deducted from your final refund.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you are returning goods due to a change of mind or an accidental order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition of Returns ("As New"):
- Because we provide precision-engineered espresso and coffee systems, any machine that has had water or coffee beans passed through it cannot be resold as new.
- To maintain our exceptional standards, returned items that have been used are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover meticulous deep-cleaning, technical inspection, and the unit's depreciation.
- Goods must be returned complete, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Any auxiliary items, components, or promotional gifts/discounted items included with the original order must also be returned unused and "as new." Missing items will be charged at their full listed website price.
Your Shipping Options:
- Arrange Your Own Courier: We strongly recommend using a tracked service with appropriate insurance covering loss or damage. Please retain your receipt. Re-Caffeinated cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Use Our Managed Collection Service: For peace of mind, we can handle the logistics and arrange a courier collection from any UK Mainland address. The cost will simply be deducted from your final refund: £10 – for items valued up to £100; £25 – for items valued between £100 and £500; £35 – for bulky items (such as coffee machines) valued over £500.
Refunds & Timelines
Once your return is safely delivered to us, our technical team will assess the goods and process your refund within 3 working days.
You will receive an automated email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued.
Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or payment provider to clear the funds into your account.
If you purchased via PayPal, the refund will be processed directly back into your PayPal account balance.
Please note: We reserve the right to increase the restocking fee to 20% for any used items returned outside of the initial 30-day return window, or if the goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
Cancellations
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time up until the point of dispatch.
If you wish to cancel, please Contact Us as quickly as possible, quoting your order number.
If your order is successfully cancelled before it leaves us, your payment authorization will be cancelled immediately. The temporary hold on your funds will be released automatically by your bank (this usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your payment provider).
If your order has already been handed over to our courier, the shipment cannot be stopped. It will need to be treated as a standard return once it arrives (see Returning Unwanted Items above).
