At Re-Caffeinated, we supply brand-new Iberital espresso machines to businesses across the UK Mainland.

Unlike automated bean-to-cup machines with digital setup guides, commercial traditional espresso machines require precise, hands-on installation, expert calibration, and routine engineering care. For long-term reliability and fast emergency support, we strongly recommend that businesses partner with an engineer or coffee supplier located within 75 miles of their premises.

If you already have a trusted local engineer to handle your setup and ongoing servicing, we are more than happy to supply the machine directly to your door anywhere on the UK Mainland.

Delivery & Installation Options:

Local Turn-Key Installation (Kent, Sussex & Surrey)

Full service delivered by our own expert engineering team. Includes professional machine installation, water filtration setup, precision grinder calibration, and comprehensive staff training.

UK Mainland Delivery (Supply-Only)

Direct shipping across the UK mainland. Outside our local service area, this option is Supply-Only. You will need to arrange for a qualified local commercial engineer to carry out installation, verify site plumbing/electrical readiness, and manage ongoing maintenance.

All new Iberital machines come with a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty. Because correct initial installation is vital to machine performance and longevity, coverage is structured based on how your machine is set up:

Full On-Site Warranty (Parts & Labor):

Available for customers in Kent, Sussex & Surrey whose machines are installed directly by Re-Caffeinated. Our engineers cover all labor, call-out fees, and replacement parts on-site for 12 months.

National Component Warranty (Parts Only):

Applies to all Supply-Only purchases and orders installed by third-party engineers (or outside our local service zone). We supply all genuine replacement parts free of charge during the 12 months.

Return-to-Base Option:

For third-party installations where full labor coverage is still desired, machines can be returned to our workshop where all repairs and parts will be covered under warranty.

Mandatory requirements for all warranties

• Professional Setup: Machines must be installed by a qualified commercial coffee engineer following manufacturer guidelines.
• Validated Water Filtration: Scale and water-borne deposits are the leading cause of boiler issues and are excluded from warranty coverage. A commercial water softener/filter system must be connected and maintained at all times.
