Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Our Next Working Day service is not guaranteed. Delivery relies on the carrier's reliability, and unexpected delays are occasionally beyond our control.
If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your Next Working Day delivery order placed before the 12 pm cut-off time, we will refund the delivery charge.
