Jura Z10 Aluminium White Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machine

we bought a Model Z10, the delivery very quickly. when we ready to use it. we found the tray is broken, machines can not worked. we contacted his service, response was very quickly reply to me. Threy aranged a new one sent to me. 2 days later we received it. And now we drink coffe everyday. Thank you again.

Ordered the Jura z10 and received it within 3 days. Brilliant service! Machine is amazing. Makes fantastic coffee; is easy to use; couldn’t be happier. My son-in-law recommended Caffé Select and with a very competitive price (over £400 less than John Lewis) I’m so pleased I took his advice.

I was expecting this z10 to be good with it being quite a high level model, but it has surpassed my expectations!
The flavour produced from some of my favourite beans is exquisite and something that I had not seen mentioned anywhere, is that the coarseness/fineness of the grind which is electronically controlled for the benefit of cold brew, can be set to different levels for regular speciality drinks, Absolutely brilliant 👏

We recently upgraded from a very old Z7 to the new Z10. The difference is phenomenal. The Z10 offers a larger range of drinks, a simple to use touch screen and enhanced menu. The better grinder makes a much-improved cup of coffee.
The milk cleaning cycle is a doddle and worth using after each drink.
Richard’s service from Caffe-Select was impeccable. He gave us a great trade in on the old machine, brought everything we needed for the new machine and spent over an hour running us through all the features and setting it up. Don’t hesitate; just get one!

Top of the range machine making very concentrated espresso and a really wide range of other drinks. Latte machiatto (yes, this is different to caffe latte, which it can also make) is a great show-off. Cold press coffee functionality is nice on summer occasions, but not my cup personally. In any case overall definitely better coffee than most coffee chains, but not as good as Monmouth. I would say an absolutely amazing machine for 2-4 capricious coffee connoiseurs or for those who love something well-engineered!
The milk system is A LOT easier to use than for any other system I tried, but probably not suitable for high-throughput commercial setting. Two tips - 1. if you have a fridge near the coffee machine - no need to get the refridgirated milk container; 2. wait a littlle before pulling out the carafe out (otherwise milk dries up at the entrance and milk dispenser stops working properly until cleaned).
What actually exceeded my expectations was not the coffee machine (my bar for the machine was set really high), but the customer service of Caffee Select. Richard personally delivered the machine with 4 different coffee bags for free and replaced the refrigerated container with a carafe and refunded differrence without a hitch when we realised that it's not the best solution in my case.
P.S. One important thing to mention - it's chrome color on the front, but it looks grey on the sides on the picture, while in fact it's white (as the title says).
