Unlike automated bean-to-cup machines, commercial traditional espresso machines require precise, hands-on installation, water connection, and engineering calibration. We offer two flexible setup routes to suit your business needs:
- UK Mainland Delivery (Supply-Only)
Shipped via kerbside pallet freight directly to your business premises anywhere on the UK Mainland within 3–5 working days. Delivery is strictly to the ground-floor door or entrance only. Freight couriers cannot carry equipment upstairs or transport it inside your building, so please ensure adequate staff are on-site to move the pallet indoors.
- Nationwide Professional Installation
Handled directly by Biepi’s certified engineering team across the entire UK Mainland (or by our own team across Kent, Sussex & Surrey).

Mandatory Requirements for All Warranties
- Professional Setup: Machines must be installed by a qualified commercial coffee machine engineer following manufacturer guidelines.
- Validated Water Filtration: Limescale and water-borne deposits are the leading cause of commercial boiler failures and are strictly excluded from warranty coverage. A suitable commercial water treatment system (softener/filter) must be installed and maintained at all times.
